Oi!  It's been a while since I've posted.

Not much has been going on other than work basically telling me I'm no longer allowed to have weekends.  Yay.  I'm looking into going back to school, maybe Library Science or get an MA in English/Creative Writing.  Anyone have any good resources on where to find descriptions of what's involved with both?  ( Read more... )

Don't you hate how your life is tootling along, maybe not as you want it but without many waves and fairly boring and then PA POW!!  BAM CRASH BOOM!!  You get dumped on by shit that isn't work?

I did it!  XD  It took 3 hours of sitting and a TON of pain.  Even now it's burning but in a good way.  His name was Rob and he works here.  I highly recommend him the next time you're in the NW burbs of Chicago.  He took pictures afterwards  which I think he's going to post on the website, so keep looking under Rob's name and see if mine's there ( Read more... )

It's snowing.

Let me repeat that:  it's April 28th and it's snowing.

It's 3 days - 2 if you don't count today - until May and there're these HUGE fat flakes about the size of golfballs coming down outside.  It looks like cottonballs are raining down on us.

It isn't sticking (thank god) but that could change in an hour or so.
